How we handle personal data submitted through this website.

Privacy policy contents

Al Jazeera Service Contracting Co. ("Al Jazeera Support and Contracting Co.", "we", "us") respects the privacy of everyone who contacts us through this website. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the rights you hold over it under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

Last updated:

1. Who we are

Al Jazeera Service Contracting Co. is a contracting and industrial support company registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with its head office at P.O. Box 6716, King Fahd bin Abdul Aziz Road, Dammam 32242. For any question about this policy, contact info@aljazeeraksa.com.

2. What we collect

We collect only the personal data you choose to submit. Specifically:

  • Enquiry and quotation forms — your name, company, work email, phone number, project location, and the scope details you enter in the message field.
  • Careers form — your name, email, phone, current location, the role category you apply for, your experience and visa status, any CV you attach, and the summary you provide.
  • Newsletter — your email address only.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, national ID numbers, bank details, passwords or payment card information through this website.

3. Why we use it, and on what basis

Enquiry data is used to prepare and issue a quotation and to correspond with you about your project. Careers data is used to assess your application against current and upcoming vacancies. Newsletter data is used only to send occasional company updates.

Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you tick the consent box and submit a form. You may withdraw that consent at any time — see section 7.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising. We disclose it only to:

  • Our own staff, where they need it to answer your enquiry or process your application.
  • Service providers who host our website or handle our email on our behalf, bound by confidentiality obligations.
  • Formspree, which processes and delivers everything submitted through the forms on this site, including any CV or document you attach.
  • A competent authority, where disclosure is required by Saudi law.

4a. Transfer outside the Kingdom

Our form provider, Formspree, operates outside Saudi Arabia. When you submit an enquiry, a job application or a file attachment through this website, that information is transmitted to and processed on their servers abroad before reaching us. Submitting a form is your consent to that transfer.

If you would prefer your personal data not to leave the Kingdom, contact us by telephone or email instead of using the forms — the details are in section 11.

5. Third-party services this website loads

To display correctly, pages on this site request files from third-party providers. Those providers receive your IP address and basic browser information as a normal part of serving the request. They are:

  • Google Fonts — the typefaces used across the site.
  • Google Maps — the embedded office location map on the home page and the contact page. Loading either page sends your IP address to Google.
  • jsDelivr and unpkg — the Bootstrap framework, icon set and animation library.
  • Formspree — receives the contents of any form you submit, including attachments. See section 4a.

These services are governed by their own privacy policies, which we do not control. This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies of its own.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as needed to serve the enquiry and to meet our commercial record-keeping obligations. Job applications are held on file for consideration against future vacancies, and are deleted on request. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.

7. Your rights

Under the PDPL you have the right to:

  • Be informed of how your personal data is collected and used.
  • Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Request deletion of your personal data where we no longer need it.
  • Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@aljazeeraksa.com with your request. We will respond within the period required by law.

8. Security

We apply reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information through the website forms.

9. Children

This website is intended for business and employment enquiries. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The revision date shown above always reflects the current version.
